I can't tell you how great Dave and Heather have been. We listed our home with them for a short sale, and they found us a non-investor cash buyer within 24 hours. Not only that, but they got the short sale to close within 3 months and we hadn't even had prior approval from our lender to do the sale. (Most short sales take 6-9 months to close if ever.) They were very meticulous about getting the short sale packet together and followed up on a regular basis with the lenders, always keeping us apprised of what was going on. When we finally got approved by the lender to do the short sale, Dave and Heather made sure the letters from the lenders clearly stated that we would not be held liable for the shortage. They also made sure that the proper paperwork was there at the closing so we would not be taxed on the shortage since it had been our primary residence. I can't thank them enough for their service. They were truly watching out for our best interests at all times, instead of their own.
